We navigate complex special education and related education laws to assist children and their families during their educational journey. We are proud to place children at the heart of everything we do. Our philosophy is centered around understanding each child’s unique needs, making sure their voice is heard and their rights vigorously defended. With years of experience in education law, we’ve turned that knowledge into tools every family can use. Through IEP Boss, our online course, parents learn how to navigate IEP meetings, advocate for services, and address disputes with school districts on their own. And through our nonprofit, the Student Education Rights Exchange (SERE), we continue working to ensure students with disabilities have access to the education and support they deserve.
